Heroes and villains prize draw:

1. No purchase necessary to enter the competition.
2. This competition is open to residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, with the exception of those related to employees of the promoter, their immediate families and anyone else connected with this promotion.
3. Entries must be received by 30th November 2007. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible or fail to reach the promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. To enter, go to www.dk.com/heroesandvillains and nominate your number one Hero and your number one Villain! Then, enter your name, age, email and postal address in the box provided
6. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 16th December 2007. The winner will be the first name chosen at random from this draw.
7. The prize is a two night (Friday and Saturday) bed & breakfast weekend holiday for two to a Hilton Heritage Hotel chosen by the Promoter. The holiday must be taken and completed between before 30th June 2008. The winner can state preferred dates, but all travelling dates and time are subject to availability. In the event that you cannot make the dates proposed by the Promoter, no alternative dates will be possible and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a substitute winner. The holiday is not available between 21st December 2007 and 2nd January 2008, or over the 2008 Easter weekend, or any other bank holiday.
8. The winner is responsible for all travel to and from the hotel, and other than breakfast, no food is included in the prize. Insurance is not included.
9. The promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice.
10. In the event of an alternative prize being awarded, the promoter will seek to comply with the prize-winners reasonable requests.
11. The winner will be notified via email or post by 18th December 2007. The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.

13. The promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details.
14. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
15. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. Prizes are subject to availability, and the promoter may in its discretion substitute prizes provided they are of similar value.
