1. Club DK membership is only open to UK residents, with the exception of employees of DK, their families, agents and anyone else connected with Club DK. 
2. To become a member of the Club DK review panel, fill in all the details on the online registration form found at www.dk.com/clubdk. All members of the Club DK review panel (“Members”) will be notified at the end of each month of book titles that are available for review. Members who wish to read and review a book title, must send an email to editor@dk.com with their full name and details of the book title they wish to review within seven days of receiving notification. 
3. On the 7th working day of every month 10 Members will be selected at random to read and review monthly book titles, and will be notified via email within two working days after they have been selected. Each Member will receive a free copy of their chosen book title. The book titles will be sent within two working days of DK sending notification.
4. Members will be required to post their review on dk.com in accordance with any instructions set out by DK in its notification email to Members. This includes the due date for submitting reviews and the location of where reviews should be posted by the Member.
5. DK will select the best reviews each month to post on the Club DK webpage at www.dk.com/clubdk. All reviews submitted may also be shown on the relevant book page as set out in DK’s notification email.
6. In the event that a selected Member does not post an online review of a book title in accordance with these terms and conditions, DK reserves the right to cancel a Member’s membership. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. Book titles are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, DK reserves the right to substitute alternative book titles. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. Each member confirms that his/her book review is their wholly-owned creation and to the extent that such review makes use of any third party materials that these have been fully cleared unless they are no longer protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights.  Members will keep DK harmless from any claims in relation to their review that the review infringes the personal or proprietary right of any other person.  By submitting a review, each member grants to DK a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute the review throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented. Each member undertakes to complete any necessary documentation to formalise the licence. If you do not want to grant us these rights, please do not submit materials to us.
9. DK will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the promotion, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this promotion, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by DK for the purposes of the administration of this promotion any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
10. By becoming a Member, each Member agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales
