What you will need...

Monkey enjoys a piece for tea or a snack in his lunch box.

1 Rubbing it in
Rub the butter and flour together until they are like breadcrumbs.

2 Add sugar and raisins
Add in sugar and raisins and give it a stir.

3 Add eggs and honey
Beat the eggs, spoon out the honey, and stir them in.

4 Mash bananas
In a small bowl mash the bananas with a fork.

5 Add the bananas
Stiring with a wodden spoon
6 Give it a stir
Loaf tin being greased with oil
7 Grease the tin
Dip the brush in oil and brush over the tin.
The mixture is poured into the tin with a wooden spoon to scrap the bowl
8 Pour it in
Set the oven 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4. Bake for 1 hour.

9 Leave to cool
Is it cooked? Put a skewer in the centre of it when it's due to come out of the oven. If the skewer has mixture on it, it's not cooked so put it back in the oven.

10 Slide round a knife
Slide the knife between the cake and the tin.

11 Flip over the tin
Let the cake slip out of the tin.

12 Nearly ready to eat!
The cake will cut more easily when it's cold.
