Back to the office.

The first press-pass (we end up printing at four separate plants in Italy) went well and the running sheets look great. Within a few days, an advance copy comes in from the first printer and it's there: a big, fat, glossy beast of a book, bursting at the buckles with colour, information and sheer stuff.

Not a conventional DK book, indeed a conventional book at all. A new sort of book. The rock biography reinvented.

Now we've got to sell it.
