Tom Peters on why women rule
Our way of thinking, our very vocabulary (engineering)
continues to be male-inspired. We recognize womens rights.
But we ignore womens strengths. We value toughness.
But we fail to see that womens brand of toughness is
far more steely than mens. We preach the
value of a new kind of enterprise. But we neglect those who
are perhaps most fit to lead it. Namely: Women.
