This is a great book for anyone with food allergies. The recipies are easy to follow, and good everyday fare, allowing you to substitute ingredients depending on your allergy - so you can serve the same meal up to the whole family. Hurrah for common sense! Also gives tips on how to cope with food allergies, eating out, how to stay positive (which is also very useful). Great book!
