'I was really excited to be given this book, it looks absolutely beautiful, full colour pics on every page, and all my favourites get a mention, along with a few I’d rather forget! I’ve got to be honest, I probably wouldn’t buy the book for myself - I’d rather buy a cheese recipe book, but it would make a fantastic gift for the cheese-lover in your life. It’s filled me with ideas and temptation for the next time I’m somewhere with a better stocked cheese counter than my local supermarket. The info about each of the cheeses is great, really entertaining, lots of facts you wouldn’t find out elsewhere, and some of the cheese names brought a real smile to my face. I’m imagining the tastes of some to (hopefully) be wildly different to the reality. Grilled car tyres, anyone? Now all I really need to do is work out a way to transfer the pictures off the paper, onto some toast & under the grill! '
