'As a busy mum of two small children, I find this book and the accompanying DVD great - as its far easier to fit in a 15 minutes of yoga, and time permitting a second 15 minute program during the day. I find you come away feeling you have done some exercise and de-stressed and able to take on what the day throws at you. The book and the DVD both explain the yoga moves well. I would recommend it.'
