I love this book! As a keen foodie I fancy myself a decent enough cook but I made the best omelette of my life after browsing How to Cook the Perfect. I would recommend this to anyone who has to cook food - it covers everything from simple stuff like eggs to more inventive recipes and is bound to make you a better cook.
