This is a fantastic book/DVD which represents great value for money. It's aimed at adult beginners (more experienced skiers will still find the intermediate sections of use) and is full of helpful advice and sound technique. The book is colourful and informative, and easy to dip into, but the best bit is the DVD which shows how to put all the advice into practice.
