I was given this lovely book for Christmas. Full of wonderful photography, down-to-earth, solid nutritional advice and inspiring recipe ideas. I would recommend it to all parents, regardless of their cooking abilities. If you are interested in children's diets and the practicalities of organising balanced and healthy diets, this is worth a look.
