I found that this book offers logical, step-by-step techniques for dealing with people at every organisational level. The charts and flow diagrams explore multiple action options and give various practical examples. Easy to follow exercises and questionnaires encourage self-assessment and analysis to improve management skills. I found the book very informative and excellent value for money.
