Born in California and now living in the UK, Jennifer Joyce has travelled the world seeking out new flavours and recipes. For the last ten years she has taught at Books for Cooks in Notting Hill, London, and Divertimenti in Kensington, London.
Today Jennifer writes for Elle Decoration, BBC's Olive magazine, and The Daily Telegraph, where she is known for her simple-to-make dishes and helpful shortcuts. Jennifer has written three books – The Well Dressed Salad, Diva Cooking: Unashamedly Glamorous Party Food (co-written with Victoria Blashford-Snell) and Lunch Boxes, a guide to making packed lunches fun. She currently lives in London.
