George P. Boulden is Chairman and Managing Director of ALA International Ltd., an international company that promotes the use of Action Learning in solving worldwide business problems. He is a member of the International Foundation for Action Learning and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants in the UK. He is author of many publications on action learning and human resouce productivity. He is also author of Thinking Creatively in the DK Essential Managers series, and one of the authors of the Successful Manager's Handbook.
